Entries are in 3 categories:

1. Individuals – must be aged 16 years or older

2. Families – a family entry may consist of no more than 2 children under the age of 16 to each participating adult

3. Groups – a group entry may consist of 4, 5 or 6 participants per group and each member must be aged 16 years or older

Entry Fees:

To secure your place in the Yorkshire Wolds Cycle Challenge you will need to pay the entry fee, which is non-refundable, as indicated below immediately.

In addition, by entering the Challenge, you agree to raise the minimum amount of sponsorship which is also specified below In addition, by entering the Challenge, you agree to raise the minimum amount of sponsorship which is also specified below and is payable to the organisers on the morning of Saturday 13th July at Registration.

Please note that awards will be made for the most amount of sponsorship raised in each entry category.

Individual Entries – £30.00 entry fee, plus £50.00 minimum sponsorship

Family Entries – Adults as above, under 16’s FREE ENTRY but requested to raise minimum £50.00 sponsorship per entry (N.B. maximum 2 under 16’s per participating adult)

Group Entries – £30.00 entry fee per person, plus £50.00 minimum sponsorship per person.

Payment can be made either by PayPal online, or please send a cheque made payable to Ryedale Special Families, to Yorkshire Wolds Cycle Challenge, c/o Ryedale Special Families, 121 Town Street, Old Malton, North Yorkshire YO17 7HD.

Your package includes:

• Free parking at Norton College
• Transport of tent and overnight bag to the halfway point and return, for your collection
• Campsite with showers and secure bike parking
• Evening meal “barbecue” and breakfast
• Entertainment at campsite
• Recovery service
• Showers at finish
• Completion certificate and goody bag

On completion of the entry form there will be the option to be directed to PayPal or pay by cheque.

By completing and submitting the entry form participants acknowledge that they have read and understood all the information in relation to this Challenge, found under the heading marked “Important!”
